Falcon Field

So on Saturday last week we did a family outing with my Grandpa and took him to the Falcon Field open house. Well Gramps can't walk real well so we had a wheel chair for him but in the end he walked using the wheel chair for stability. So Gramps wore his WWII Veterans Hat and got lots of looks from people but in the begininng not to many people said anything and then we went into the mesuem and from there people were coming up to him just to say Thank You, it really touched me when a man and his son who were walking behind us said that he would walk behind a Vet any day and gave his gratitude to my Grandfather for what he did. I love my Grandpa because he thought nothing of it he was just doing his duty and what was right. Afterwards we stopped by Wendys and enjoyed some then we took Gramps to the library and I think he had more fun there then anywhere, he tookhis time and purused the books and picked out a few and all in all we had a great day.
